For three years almost everything I've made has been oak. This is the first time I've paired it with metal.

A wall peg with a turned aluminium stem and a solid oak head, designed to hold a coat, a bag, a lead. Quiet, considered, and made to last. The oak head is hand-finished, so the grain is different on every one, and the fixing is concealed, no visible screws, just a clean line where metal meets wood.

It started as a sketch on the bench. I'm now making a small first batch, numbered and made to order here in North Yorkshire.

A wall peg with a turned aluminium stem and a hand-finished solid oak head. The stem is machined and matt anodised; the oak head is shaped and oiled by hand in my North Yorkshire workshop, so the grain is different on every one. The wall fixing is concealed, with no visible screws, and everything you need to fit it is included.

PRE-ORDER

This is a made-to-order first batch, so you are ordering ahead of production. Join the waitlist and I'll send you one message when it's ready to order, with the dispatch timing confirmed at that point. Nothing is charged until the batch is confirmed and open.

Once the batch is in production, the expected dispatch window will be shown here and in your order confirmation. Pieces are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with tracking as soon as they ship.

RETURNS

If something's not right, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we'll cover it and put things right.

As a made-to-order piece, the peg is exempt from the standard right to cancel once production has begun, except where faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Arrived damaged? Email hello@debrus.co.uk with a photo within 48 hours and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
